Brian P. Ceniza
Mr. Ceniza’s practice includes litigation, corporate and commercial, and intellectual property. He represents various clients and appears before the Prosecutor’s Office, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, National Labor Relations Commission, Sandiganbayan, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. He has also represented clients on various matters before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intellectual Property Office, Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Immigration, and Local Government Units [LGUs]. In addition, he serves as Assistant Corporate Secretary for several domestic companies and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Ceniza received his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University in 2010 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in April 2011.

Victor Emmanuel C. Joyas
Mr. Joyas assists SG Law in drafting pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents. He is an experienced researcher on various fields of law and specializes on labor matters such as termination, regularization, labor law compliance, and closure of business. He is actively involved in cases before administrative agencies and quasi-judicial bodies such as the Office of the City Prosecutor, Department of Justice, Bureau of Immigration, National Labor Relations Commission and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
Mr. Joyas received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Major in Computer Applications and Information Science from San Beda University-Manila and his Bachelor of Laws degree from Arellano University School of Law. Apart from his love for the law, he is an active Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor, having won multiple gold medals in local and international competitions.
